In the following combat a group of brigands surprises the party. They jump out and attack when a secret trigger is given. (Players roll for surprise.)

Players roll surprise. (They will be surprised on a 1 on 1d10)
2 Brigands Continue to attack. Wizard casts spells at nearest opponent.
There is a chance that the brigands will break ranks and run if the battle is going against them. Use the following table.
