(Camp Five) You enter a huge cavern. it is full with tents and a large number of soldiers moving around. At various points around the cavern are well guarded tunnels.
The party can roam around. The area is being made ready for a large influx of people.
The guards know that
The area is being prepared for when the city falls. (True)
The tunnels are for counter attacks. They will be used when the city falls. (True)
No one is allowed down the tunnels. (True)
They believe that Wu Tze Lee is still alive and that the Emperor's actions are illegal.

 
Up to the main entrance. If they are in the cavern when it becomes day 11. Tunnels. If the players are in a fight.
