There are 50,000 refugees heading south from villages and
the city itself. There is a state of hysteria and panic amongst these people. |

They really only have two choices. Leave the area as fast as
possible via the south, east or by air. If they go north or seaward they will be
approaching the army or fleet of Prince Hei Ho Bang. They can tell that most of the units
are actually Ming. |

There are units from Wu Tze Lee on the plains. They are
withdrawing at full speed to the city. Very little fighting is happening on the plain. |

The players will have half an hour game time before the
leading units from the Prince's army reach the city. If they are on the plain give them
one last chance to reenter the city or flee before they are attacked by the leading units.
If they are attacked they will be able to flee to the south. |
