The entrance is open twenty four hours a day and people are
arriving at all times. They are coming from all the cities along the coast of the Shan
Peninsula. The guards will only stamp their passports if they ask to have them stamped. |
Inside the city almost everything is in short supply. Only
essential services are operating. The city is being run by the armed forces. Most local
people over the age of seven are being conscripted and most of those arriving are joining
the armed forces. |
The players can get accommodation for 1 GP each per night
and can also get food and water rations. |
If the players try to see an official they will not have
difficulty. The official knows:

| They should join the army or leave. |
| They can get their passports stamped at the customs office. |
The city will be attacked by Prince Hei Ho Bang on the
morning of day 8. The players have half a days notice to leave before leaving is
impossible. By dusk on day eight the city is under siege. |
