    A sergeant at the end of the east wall will shout to the
    boat inquiring of their business. All they need reply is that they are traders of some
    kind. They will be allowed to approach the walls. If there are people on deck wearing
    armour the guards will enquire who they are. Mercenaries for protection etc., is adequate. |

    If the party do not answer the call a catapult bolt will be
    sent across their bow. This is followed by a warning that, failure to answer will result
    in sinking. Further silence will allow the guards to open fire. (Give them two minutes of
    real time.) |

    If the answer is unacceptable (e.g. mentioning military, Wu
    Tze Lee or opals) they will be told to turnabout and sail away. This will be repeated
    three times and then the guards will open fire. |

    The right between seawalls and the players' junk. There are
    three catapults: two catapults fire out to sea; the third catapult fires across the
    entrance of the bay. Guards will continue to fire until the junk is sunk or out of range
    (which is 400 yards). Survivors will be arrested and taken to Wing Ting Mai. |
