Wing Ting Mai 029

All Days

WTM 029

(Wing Ting Mai's Office) One of the guards steps in momentarily and comes back out with five more guards. They escort you through the tower to a door. One knocks on the door and you hear "enter "from the inside. The guard opens the door and ushers you in. Inside is a wood lined office with a large wooden desk inlaid with gold. Sitting at the desk is a thin but healthy looking man. He has an air of trouble about him [just from your first glance]. The guards have stopped at the back of the room and the man looks up at you.

This man is a bully who uses thugs to get what he wants. He will try to get whatever he can from the party to benefit himself. He is very proud of having the opal and will happily describe it and how it shows his power to have it. He will not say where it is. He will try to get information about the other opals from the party.
He will say he has sent men to Wu Tze Lee to help with the war and asks whose side the party are on. The wrong answer means instant eviction from the city. He will try to get information about the war from the party. He will agree to most things that he feels that he will never have to answer for, such as, agreeing to side with the Tang family.
When he feels that he can get no more information from them he will thank them for all their help. He will order the guards to see the party out of the tower.
If Wen Cha Lin offers to read Wing Ting Mai's fortune he will agree. His fortune is generally healthy though in the near future he will lose a fair bit of money.

City days 1 to 19.

City days 20 to end. If the players fight.
